앱에서 인증된 삭제 요청

  1. HideMorph를 열고 설정 → 개인정보로 이동합니다.
  2. 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인 화면에서 삭제 요청을 확정합니다.
  3. 상태 새로고침으로 처리 예정 상태를 확인합니다. 처리 전 72시간 동안 같은 화면의 삭제 취소를 사용할 수 있습니다.

삭제 대상은 익명 Creator 프로필, 세션, 업로드한 UGC, 좋아요·플레이 연결, 역할·제재와 계정 연결 잔액입니다. 법적으로 필요한 거래·환불·사기방지·감사 기록은 Creator 연결을 제거하거나 가명화해 필요한 기간만 보존합니다.

HideMorph는 이메일 로그인이 아닌 기기별 익명 Creator 계정을 사용합니다. 웹페이지에 설치 식별자나 접근 토큰을 입력하게 하면 계정 탈취 위험이 생기므로, 웹 폼은 인증을 우회하지 않습니다.

앱을 분실했거나 실행할 수 없으면 지원 페이지의 이메일로 제목을 “HideMorph 계정 삭제 요청”으로 하여 요청하십시오. Creator ID가 있으면 함께 보내고 비밀번호·전체 영수증·광고 ID는 보내지 마십시오. 지원팀은 계정 연결을 확인한 뒤 요청을 처리합니다.

Authenticated deletion in the app

  1. Open HideMorph and go to Settings → Privacy.
  2. Select Delete account and confirm the request.
  3. Use Refresh status to see the scheduled state. Cancel deletion remains available for the 72-hour grace period.

Deletion covers the anonymous Creator profile, sessions, uploaded UGC, linked likes and plays, roles, sanctions, and account-linked balance. Legally required transaction, refund, fraud, and audit records are retained only as needed without an active Creator link.

HideMorph uses a device-bound anonymous Creator account rather than an email login. Asking for an installation identifier or access token in a public web form would enable account takeover, so this page does not bypass authentication.

If the app or device is unavailable, request deletion using the email on the support page with the subject “HideMorph account deletion request.” Include the Creator ID if available, but never send a password, full receipt, or advertising ID. Support verifies the account link before acting.
