지원 및 데이터 요청

설정 → 개인정보에서 데이터 내보내기, 계정 삭제, 삭제 취소를 수행할 수 있습니다. 구매 복원은 구매 화면에서 진행하며 동일 익명 계정에 연결된 스토어 거래를 서버가 다시 확인합니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없거나 아동 개인정보, 저작권, 안전 신고, 구매 검증 문제가 있으면 아래 이메일로 문의하십시오. 제목에 요청 유형을 적고 Creator ID와 필요한 경우 스토어 주문번호만 전달하십시오. 비밀번호, 접근 토큰, 전체 영수증, 광고 ID는 보내지 마십시오.

Support and Data Requests

Open Settings → Privacy to export data, request deletion, or cancel a pending deletion. Use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen; the server rechecks store transactions linked to the same anonymous account.

If the app is unavailable, or you need help with child privacy, copyright, safety, or purchase verification, use the email below. Include only the request type, Creator ID, and store order number when needed. Never send a password, access token, full receipt, or advertising ID.
